This week at Smoke And Balloons, we’re paying tribute to another loyal member. This time, KIDNEYD is our member of honor and Adele is the sexy woman we’ve asked to help thank him. Lighting up a ciggy and cradling a white balloon with KIDNEYD’s name written on it, Adele fills the room with smoke.
